    I dont know what the Samsarin widgets are at this point, but notice that your instructions say to use the same one twice;
“For the custom bullets design of the widgets to take effect, the Samsarin PHP widgets must be in the following order:
Samsarin PHP 1: must be used as the “Categories” widget.
Samsarin PHP 2: must be used as the “Archives” widget.
Samsarin PHP 1: must be used as the “Recent Posts” widget.”
Please confirm that this is correct?
The other text seems to indicate these widgets all have different numbers?

(”working” plugins = plugins that do NOT throw an error and should be deactivated).
Where is there a list of the “good” plug-ins, please?
I go to “Plug-ins” at the Dummy blog and cannot find anything there but the Robots.txt information.

About the Samsarin PHP widget, there’s a typos on my part. The information has been corrected. (Note: you must activate the Samsarin PHP Widgets plugin).

On the dummy blog I turn OFF the option to allow other users to activate or edit the plugins (for security reasons).

Basically, “good” plugins are plugins that when you activate do not give you error message.

The list of current not working plugins is below:

      1. MintAds plugin.
      2. MyAvatar plugin, which I don’t think I included in the download package.
      3. Your Report? (I tested all of the plugins, but when you updgrade some of them, they “may” throw errors ;) .

*For my/others/your sakes, please report your errors and bugs finding in the BWT Error and Bug Reports forum.

      Thank you!

I am working my way through the installation process but I cannot puzzle through the style business.

I have selected the V3-2L theme

I have uploaded the V3-2L.php file into the styles folder for that theme

I have gone into layout and inserted that style file name into the appropriate box but I still dont’ have the V3-2L theme showing up!!

I’ve looked through the set up the ‘copy’ blog and I notice that the style sheet shown there is a .css and not a .php file. I don’t know if that is relevant.

I am struggling with the lack of documentation or instruction for this as the readme file instructions haven’t worked.

Hi Dee, I think I understand what the problem is. I think you need to change the “Column Layout” for ‘Single Post’, ‘Single Page’ and ‘General Theme’ to “V3-2L”, because the setting on “Presentation => Layout” is still applied even though you’re using another style skin.

*The reason for the above is I’d like you to still have some control over the “Column Layout” (and other setting), even though you choose another “style skin” for the looks and feels of the site.

      Hope you understand.

      Regards,

      ~Mint Tree~
