I've just purchased during your current WSO. When upload the templates and try t run any of the templates I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_tag() in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/MintTree-V3/include/Header.php on line 72
EDIT: The error above occured on a wp 2.2 install. On a fresh domain, I installed wp 2.3.3 and all errors resolved when I just uploaded just one theme and made changes via the Presentation Layout panel.
Mint Tree, could you tell us what versions of wp the template is compatible with? This is a very cool bit of wordpress magic. I can see I'm going to be playing with for quite some time.

Hi Evan, it seems I've forgotten to check if that function, which is a new WP 2.3.3 tag function, does exist or not =P.
Anyway, it's an easy fix, so the template will be compatible with WP 2.0-2.2x… You'll get an update as soon as I retest it on a WP 2.2.2 installed demo blog.

P.S. Just so you'd know, the template's version 2.0 was compatible with WP 2.0-2.2x .
