How do I put an ad ( for example Clickbank banner) into my header?

P.S. Do you think that in each forum topic/category you can put the most recent comments in this forum first? The version has changed, so the newest comments would be more relevant.

Use CUSTOM HTML for the Header, which then you can you any banner ads you want in the header ;).
