min page width is set to 990
max page width is set to 1012
when i log in and view the website. the javascript WP control panel shows up on top, the website looks normal. no horizontal scroll bar, its the correct width that i want. what is causing this?

Basically, you'll need to go to “Options => Math Comment Spam” and hit the “Update” button at least once… else you'll get the error above.
